Regenschirm was created to deliver practical electrical safety and technical training shaped by real field experience, not just classroom theory.
Founded by Experience, Driven by Standards
Regenschirm Training and Consulting, LLC, was founded in 2024 by Stephen Hester. A 24-year veteran of the US Navy and US Army, he qualified in submarines and later served in the Army's Prime Power Program where he was trained as a power station mechanic and a lineman. After leaving the military in 2008, Stephen put his experience to work in the electrical industry as a Project Manager. Having acquired much experience in the training and development field during his time in the armed forces, he decided to go into training full time. After working as a trainer and training director, Stephen decided to start Regenschirm as a means to realize his vision of building an organization dedicated to creating and delivering the best electrical safety, technical training, and consulting services.
